What to Include in Your Support Request​

To expedite resolution, please provide:

  • Environment Details - System information, browser version, etc.
  • Screenshots or Videos - Visual evidence can help us understand the issue faster
  • HAR Files - For network-related issues, learn how to create a HAR file
